Mission complete. 4 days of cleaning, shifting, painting and planting. Brian’s guidance for the planting was great: 2 figs (the delicious little green and the big plumby ones), a palm, 2 more passion fruit vines as they are so popular and utterly delicious, an olive tree, another fruit tree and a shade tree – can’t remember the names plus a smattering of plants. The stairs are in and the mill returns to tranquillity. A surprise heavy storm tested the roof and all’s well… V happy.
